Butterfield Market has been supplying fresh fruits and vegetables to the Upper East Side since 1915. Up to 1992, we supplied not only households, but many of our local restaurants and hotels. We not focus out attention on the in-house chefs and home cooks, supplying fresh and unique products to the individual.

A NOTE ABOUT PRODUCE

Over the past 15 years the United States has seen a huge increase in produce assortments. Fruits and vegetables only available during certain months are now available year round. Although the quality is not always the same, every year seems to bring a better crop than the year before.
