Butterfield Market Rewards runs through a company called AppCard  which helps us keep track and maintain customer status.

Status points accumulated throughout the year are reset at the beginning of each calendar year (status will roll over to the following year, as long as points are maintained).

Shoppers move up in status immediately once they accumulate enough status points to do so but move down at the end of the year if they haven’t earned enough points to maintain or move up.
