Calvi, Yellowfin Tuna Fillets, In Olive Oil

Our Tuna is the result of a handcrafted process, as tradition dictates, carried out entirely in Italy. This product is steamed, cut with a knife and put in the jar by hand with great care. The fillets are compact, with an intense flavour, delicious to savour simply accompanied by a side dish of vegetables. Likewise, Calvi Tuna in olive oil is exceptional for filling tempting sandwiches and to decorate fresh salads . It also makes a delicious addition to simple first courses of pasta and rice, on a good homemade pizza and as a filling for cold dishes.
